About the Practice: We are a reputable private dental practice providing comprehensive dental care with training in advance dental procedures, such as implants, cosmetics, aligners/ortho, oral surgery, and a wide variety of other procedures. Our office is committed to teamwork, professional growth, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and technology. We believe in quality, not volume. Schedule
- Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional Fridays: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (planned in advance)
- Morning huddles begin at 7:45 AM
- Lunch: 1 hour

Responsibilities
- Prepare, set-up and stock operatories
- Chairside assisting
- Patient management - provide post-op and procedural instructions
- Take digital X-rays, iCAT Scan, intraoral photos, and Cerec scans
- Take impressions and fabricate temporary crowns
- Perform instrument sterilization and ensure OSHA/CDC compliance
- Manage dental supplies, lab cases, and operate basic lab equipment
- Accurately enter treatment notes and assist with treatment plan presentations
- Monitor nitrous oxide (certification a plus)
- Other independent projects and duties.
Technology
- Practice Management Software: Open Dental
- Digital Imaging: Wall mount and Nomad handheld units, XDR digital X-rays, Intraoral Camera, iCAT, DTX Studio, Cerec scanner
Qualifications
- Dental Assistant (OJT - DA) or Certified Dental Assistant (CDA)
- Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience; 5–10+ years highly valued
- Preferred - DANB Radiation Health and Safety and DANB Infection Control or we can train
- Preferred - Proficiency in chairside assisting for oral surgery, implants, aligners, intraoral photography, and restorative care
- Skilled in impression taking and temporary crown fabrication
- Strong understanding of OSHA, CDC, and sterilization standards
Hourly Pay: $25 – $32 DOE
