Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Handling and monitoring of claims; worker’s compensation, auto, and general liability.
  • Investigation, evaluation, and settlement of workers’ compensation and liability claims
  • Direction of legal counsel, and third-party claim administrators.
  • Liaison between the regions, attorneys, and the third-party administrator
  • Work with the region for return to work opportunities
  • Perform training for General Foreperson
  • Attend mediations
  • Maintain diary for open claims to ensure claims progress is within guidelines for closure.
  • Generate reports from RIMS every quarter and provide a summary to the regions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with problem-solving aptitude
  • Subject to occasional travel for audits, trial monitoring, and on-site investigations

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years of comprehensive work experience
