Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Handling and monitoring of claims; worker’s compensation, auto, and general liability.
- Investigation, evaluation, and settlement of workers’ compensation and liability claims
- Direction of legal counsel, and third-party claim administrators.
- Liaison between the regions, attorneys, and the third-party administrator
- Work with the region for return to work opportunities
- Perform training for General Foreperson
- Attend mediations
- Maintain diary for open claims to ensure claims progress is within guidelines for closure.
- Generate reports from RIMS every quarter and provide a summary to the regions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to communicate effectively with problem-solving aptitude
- Subject to occasional travel for audits, trial monitoring, and on-site investigations
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years of comprehensive work experience
