Job DescriptionLogistics Coordinator – Pilot Plant Operations
Bridgewater, NJ | Full-Time | On-Site | $33/hr (Top Pay)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
About the Role:
A highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator is sought to support a Logistics Supervisor and Pilot Plant operations in Bridgewater, New Jersey. This full-time, on-site role is essential to the efficient coordination of raw material procurement, trial scheduling, and overall plant readiness. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a strong interest in supply chain and logistics in a food manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the Logistics Supervisor in daily raw material ordering and procurement.

Coordinate with Product Development Scientists to schedule Pilot Plant trials.

Ensure availability of Pilot Plant resources to meet scheduled trials.

Uphold Food Safety, Quality, Occupational Safety, and Environmental standards.

Create Purchase Orders (POs) following internal pricing and procurement guidelines.

Utilize and develop proficiency in SAP and other logistics systems to improve plant efficiency.
Required Qualifications:

BS/BA degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

1+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or food manufacturing environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Pay Details: $30.00 to $33.00 per hour
