What You’ll Be Signing Up For:

ConnectUs (www.connectuscorp.com) is seeking a high-upside Operations Manager who is

entrepreneurial, self-driven, and ready to build—not just manage—our operational

infrastructure.

This is not a traditional operations role.

We are looking for a future Director of Operations—someone early enough in their career to be

hands-on, but already demonstrating the mindset, ownership, and systems thinking of a senior

leader.

You will play a critical role in building and scaling our warehouse and operational systems,

driving efficiencies, improving processes, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver a

best-in-class customer experience.

You will be expected to grow into a Director-level role within 12–24 months.


What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Operational Ownership & Execution

● Take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure accurate, timely receipt

and shipment of orders in a fast-paced environment.

● Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement solutions—without waiting for direction.

● Support and improve overall operational flow, including material movement, picking,

packing, and shipping.


Process Creation & Continuous Improvement

● Build, document, and refine operational processes that are scalable and repeatable.

● Support implementation of Lean methodologies including:

Standard Work

5S

Kanban

● Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, accuracy, and

throughput.

● Ask “why” and challenge existing processes to improve outcomes.


Systems & Technology Integration

● Work closely with developers and internal teams to improve operational systems.

● Contribute to ERP/WMS enhancements and system integrations.

● Develop a working understanding of how systems communicate (APIs, data flow,

automation).

● Help identify opportunities to leverage technology for operational efficiency.


Data-Driven Decision Making

● Track and analyze KPIs such as:

○ Order accuracy

○ Throughput

○ Cycle times

○ Labor efficiency

● Use data to inform decisions and drive improvements.

● Support forecasting and workload planning based on trends and analytics.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

● Work closely with sales, customer service, and technology teams to align operations with

business needs.

● Ensure operational decisions improve overall customer experience.

● Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization.


Team Support & Leadership Development

● Support warehouse team performance through accountability, clarity, and structure.

● Lead by example with high standards and strong work ethic.

● Begin developing leadership capabilities, including delegation and team coordination.

Required Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or

related field preferred)

● 3–7 years of experience in operations, warehouse, or supply chain roles

● Experience improving processes or systems

● Exposure to fast-paced or growth environments

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience with Lean methodologies (5S, Standard Work, etc.)

● Exposure to ERP or WMS systems

● Experience working cross-functionally

● Experience leading projects or initiatives

● Technical curiosity (API/system integration exposure is a plus)


Success in This Role (First 12 Months):

Operations Manager → Director of Operations (12–24 months)

Schedule:

● Monday to Friday
