Job DescriptionSalary:
HRW Companies LLC is seeking a part-time Human Resources Clerk:
Essential Functions:
- Data entry
- Office assistant tasks including and not limited to, filing, answering phones, copies, etc.
- Attend meetings as assigned and take notes
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Assist with benefits enrollment
- Assist in the payroll process for the various locations and facilities managed by the Management Office of HRW Companies LLC
- Assist with HR investigations
- Assist with employee recruitment and retention
- Ability to proofread or peer review documents when needed
- Communication with staff from the various facility locations as needed
- Serve as assistant in the Human Resources department located at the Management Office in Hannibal, MO.
- Other duties as assigned by the HRW Companies LLC President or his designee
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a demanding and sometimes stressful environment
- Possess good time management and prioritization skills
- Knowledgeable of conflict resolution techniques
- Must have reliable transportation
- Customer service skills
- Good phone etiquette
- Strong leadership skills
Education/Experience:
- Diploma, GED, or equivalent (or willing to obtain, we want you to invest in your growth as well)
- Proficient in use of office equipment and software programs
- Knowledge of Missouri regulations for Behavioral Health Residential Care Facilities and regional/cultural considerations,not required but beneficial
Working Environment/Physical Requirements:
- Office environment
- Professional/business Attire
- 20-hours per week, Monday through Friday. 8am to noon.
- Biweekly pay schedule
