As a Dental Hygienist, you will be acknowledged as a premier clinical provider and advocate for patients. You will play a vital role in the patient care team, dedicating the necessary time and attention to meet your patients' needs and desires. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid dental hygienist license in Ohio and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required)
  • Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene practices, patient screening, and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care for overall dental health
  • Clinical requirements as specified by the office

Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to perform essential duties as required by the office or supervising doctor, with or without reasonable accommodations. Adjustments may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling the essential functions of the role.
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 45 pounds occasionally
  • Willingness to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year
