The ideal job for candidates that has prior customer service experience in the insurance industry and enjoys interacting with people. We are looking for and energetic team member who can provide outstanding customer service and is looking for a rewarding career with future growth. You must have strong communication and written skills to answer calls and handle customer inquiries in a timely manner. The CSR will support our team and help manage relationships with our clients.
- Answer Phones
- Process Payments
- Scan and attached documents to client e-files
- Review client renewals and expirations notices
- Request Loss runs/ Claims history
- Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements
- Support agent and producers
Qualifications:
- Property & Casualty Insurance license is not required but will need to be completed
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- One Year Insurance Industry Experience is preferred
- Bilingual - English/Spanish speaking a plus
- Enjoys working in a small but fast-paced office setting
- Responsible with time management and consistent job attendance history
- Proficient in computers, grammar and multi-tasking skills
- Displays strong attention to detail and decision making
- Diligent and strong work ethic
Pay: This position pays hourly
Job Types: Full-time
Hourly rate is $18-$23 depending on experience and if you have an active P & C license
Expected hours: 40 per week / Monday- Friday
