Guidex Group is proud to partner with a precision sheet metal job shop that is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join their team. Program CNC machines using Surfcam software.
· Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T drawings to ensure precise outputs.
· Apply shop math to create accurate and efficient programs.
· Operate CNC equipment as needed to support production.
· Verify work using precision measurement tools to maintain high-quality standards.
· Deliver work on schedule while meeting client and production requirements.
Skills & Tools You’ll Use
· Programming & Software: Surfcam
· Measurement Tools: Micrometers (0–3"), Calipers (0–6"), Depth Mics (0–3"), Blade Mics
· Machines: FADAL VMC Mills (some with 4th axis), HAAS CNC Mills
· Controls: Fadal CNC-88, HAAS

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
· Minimum 5 years of CNC programming experience (Surfcam strongly preferred).
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
· Strong knowledge of shop math and machining practices.
· Experience operating CNC mills in a production environment.
· High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and reliability.
· Strong communication skills in English (oral and written).
Qualifications
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Valid driver’s license or government-issued ID.
· Social Security card required.
