The day-to-day responsibilities include the loading, shipping, and inventory duties required for trial support business, managing and coaching warehouse personnel, managing day to day maintenance of the warehouse and office facilities, management of inventories and product cycles.
Responsibilities included but not limited to:
· Organization of the warehouse for safety and effective operation flow
· Set-up of the Warehouse and Bin locations.
· Tracking inventories and generating replacement priorities
· Procuring inventoried materials as required
· Generating pick lists and loading pick lists correctly and efficiently
· Receiving materials returned from trial sites orders vs. outbound picklist
· Ensuring inventory levels are correct.
· Train, manage and supervise warehouse personnel in achieving assigned duties
· Maintain a safe and healthy environment by enforcing standards and procedures
· Manage the daily and routine maintenance of the warehouse and office facilities
· Other Assigned tasks as required
Required skills and qualifications:
· Prior shipping and inventory Management experience
· Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
· Excellent communications skills
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
· Must work well with others and have a can-do attitude
· Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize detailed work
· Great level of reliability and accountability
· Proficient in English reading and writing.
· Valid Commercial Drivers’ License
· Legal authorization to work in the US for any US employer without limitation
