<li>Will provide guidance to Quality Engineers and Quality Technicians in this high volume 24/7 operation.</li>
<li>Will support the IATF audit process and be part of the plant improvement team.</li>
<li>Assure all plant employees are trained in the quality requirements of this job and quality plan.</li>
<li>Monitor the appropriate training and development of Quality Technicians.</li>

<p><b><strong>QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS</strong></b></p>
<ul>
<li>Seeking a Manufacturing Quality Manager or a Senior Quality Engineer prepared to advance to a Quality Manager role.</li>
<li>Should have all or some of the following:</li>
<li>Product Launch</li>
<li>IATF 16949</li>
<li>PPAP / APQP</li>
<li>Extrusion Process</li>
<li>Metrology</li>
<li>Lean / CI</li>
<li>Six Sigma</li>
<li>L6S Certification</li>
<li>Kepner - Tregoe</li>
<li>COPQ</li>
