About Us:

We are a dynamic wholesale importer specializing in delivering quality products to our valued clients across the USA. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk to join our growing team. This role is essential to maintaining smooth financial operations and ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process accounts payable invoices, match purchase orders, and ensure timely vendor payments

· Prepare and send customer invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and follow up on outstanding balances

· Reconcile vendor statements and customer accounts

· Post transactions to the general ledger and maintain accurate financial records

· Assist with month-end closing, account reconciliations, and reporting

· Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve billing or payment discrepancies

· Support the accounting team with administrative and clerical duties as needed

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable (wholesale, import, or distribution industry experience a plus)

· Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

· Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
