10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A Regional Drivers based in Camden, DE for a Northeast fleet offering consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Drivers typically operate regional freight from northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as eastern Ohio, with home time on Saturday and Sunday for a 34‑hour reset.
- $4,000 sign-on bonus
- $0.80–$0.85 per mile
- Home Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset
- Average 1,500 miles per week, depending on hours and freight availability
- Average length of haul approximately 400 miles
- Up to $0.03 per mile performance bonus (up to 3 CPM) based on safety, mileage, and productivity
- Additional stop pay, detention pay, and Long Island delivery pay
- Late‑model tractors: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth
- Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and PTO
- Top regional drivers on this fleet earn up to $1,850 weekly
- Stop pay: $20 for the first stop, $35 for the second stop, $50 for the third stop and beyond
- Long Island delivery pay: $65
- Detention pay: $12.50 per hour after 2 hours
Lane details
- Drivers run a mix of live loads and preloaded trailers across the Northeast regional network.
- Primary operating area generally ranges from Virginia to Maine, with typical freight moving from northern North Carolina up through Maine and as far west as eastern Ohio.
- Occasional routes outside the primary area may be used to maximize miles while maintaining weekly reset time.
- Drivers who opt to stay out instead of returning home for their reset may be able to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay.
- Willingness to drive in New York City is a plus but not required.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Must meet DOT safety and medical requirements
- Willingness to handle live loads and preloaded trailer freight
