This is a full-time, on-site position for a Claims Representative at Muse Disability Services in Jackson, MS. The Claims Representative will assist clients as they navigate the Social Security disability claims process, working directly with claimants to help gather and organize medical records and vocational documentation, clarify requirements, and explain claim procedures. This role is responsible for answer incoming calls, maintaining ongoing communication with clients to keep them informed of case status, filing disability appeals, and acting as a resource for questions throughout the process. The Claims Representative guides and supports claimants through every stage, providing ongoing case management to facilitate favorable outcomes in disability claims.
