An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Occupational Therapist to support students in an educational setting located in Arnold, MD. This contract position focuses on providing therapeutic services to a diverse K-12 caseload, addressing a variety of needs recognized within Maryland's educational framework.
Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license
- Relevant experience in school-based therapy, particularly with K-12 students
- Knowledge of all 14 recognized disabilities in Maryland
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Commitment to collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals

Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and provide therapeutic services to students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with educational staff
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy outcomes
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to educational personnel regarding students needs
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and professional standards
