- Administer IV infusions and manage catheter care as required.
- Provide primary care services, focusing on home community care and trauma medicine when necessary.
- Document patient information accurately using ICD-10 coding standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment in the clinic or healthcare setting.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Experience in triage, primary care, trauma medicine, or home community care is preferred.
- Proficiency in IV infusion techniques and catheter management.
- Strong understanding of ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on empathy and support.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
