DESCRIPTION: As the Assistant General Manager, you'll help set the vibe for guest experiences every shift. Lead and collaborate with a team in a safe, dynamic, and innovative space. Help develop strategies to boost guest satisfaction, oversee daily restaurant operations, and ensure staff are well-versed in food safety and delivering top-notch service. Strong communication skills and a proven track record in restaurant management are key to thriving in this role!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Help manage daily operations of the restaurant

Ensure that all staff members are properly trained on food safety procedures

Provide guidance on how to deliver excellent customer service

Lead and work alongside like-minded individuals in a safe, energetic, and creative environment

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years restaurant management experience is necessary for the Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager must possess exceptional communication skills

A desire to lead, coach and mentor is a must for the Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager must have a passion for hospitality, and consistently deliver a great guest experience
