Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing junior Account Executive to drive new business development across digital and television advertising solutions, including streaming, broadcast, display, and app-based media products.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Sell integrated advertising solutions across TV, streaming, digital, and app inventory
- Conduct client meetings, outreach calls, and presentations
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams
- Maintain CRM activity within Salesforce
- Meet weekly outreach and revenue goals
Minimum Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven, curious, and coachable personality
- Comfortable with cold outreach and prospecting
- Self-starter mentality with strong work ethic
- Interest in media, advertising, and digital sales
- Must ask thoughtful questions and be highly conversational
- Must be open to working onsite 5 days/week
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in digital media or advertising sales
- Hospitality background (server/bartender highly preferred)
- Knowledge of streaming or broadcast media
- Salesforce or CRM experience
- Existing local business relationships
