Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance requirements and offer customized solutions.
- Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls efficiently, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
- Policy Customization: Design insurance plans tailored to each client's specific needs.
- Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios by recommending additional coverage.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends and developments to offer informed guidance.
Requirements
- Licensing: Active insurance producer license is required, and licensing assistance available
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
