Location: El Sobrante, Richmond, Hercules, Concord, Martinez, Antioch, San Pablo, El Sobrante, Work from home
Hourly Wage: $32–$40

Language: Spanish preferred

**Minimum of completed Bachelor's degree and BT experience is required**

We at Natural Behavioral Solutions (NBS) are a progressive ABA therapy provider. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated supervisors to join our supportive team. The Program Supervisor is a mid-level supervisor who delivers high-quality, culturally responsive, telehealth-based and in-home therapy services. NBS will provide you with the tools and individualized training to help you succeed. Mentorship/supervision hours toward your licensure are available.

Job Summary
As a Program Supervisor at NBS, you will provide specialized behavioral intervention services for individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with the option for in-person support when needed or desired. You will oversee the development and implementation of individualized programs, ensuring that each client progresses toward their goals. By working closely with caregivers and the direct care team, you’ll help maintain NBS’s commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy along with a deep understanding of medical documentation and ABA terminology. This role requires a compassionate leader who can effectively manage a small team while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining high standards of care. Training on these topics will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • All meetings listed below can occur virtually or in person based on your preference or client needs
  • Supervises individualized programs for individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders or other developmental disabilities in natural settings; primary population 2-13 years old
  • Schedules regular meetings with caregivers to review program effectiveness, make observations, collect data, chart progress and provide parent education.
  • Coordinates visits to overlap with members of the direct care team to observe sessions and provide coaching and clinical support.
  • Reviews data and notes submitted by the direct care team, and updates individualized programs to assure programs reflect each client’s development and progress towards identified goals.
  • Completes necessary documentation including graphs, progress reports, and discharge summaries.
  • Participates in staff meetings, development training and program planning, as requested.
  • Assures that staff responsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities are defined and understood and that timely and accurate data is collected.
  • Remains current regarding new research, current trends and developments in behavior analysis and related fields.

Experience

  • Minimum two years of RBT experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (“ASD”) and/or other related developmental disabilities in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
  • Completed Bachelor's degree required
  • Master's degree strongly preferred
  • If Master's degree is not completed, you must be enrolled in a master’s degree program from an accredited college or university in one of the following disciplines: early childhood education/development, early childhood special education, special education, nursing, pediatric therapy, psychology or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy practices and special education principles.
