Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Compliance

  • Oversee both union and non-union personnel, ensuring full compliance with manufacturer guidelines and municipal regulations

Customer Satisfaction

  • Champion a customer-first approach, consistently meeting high standards set by both upper management and OEM partners.

Business Development

  • Drive steady workflow through strategic advertising and marketing initiatives that attract and retain service business.

Effective Communication

  • Implement systems that empower advisors and technicians to clearly communicate service needs, ensuring vehicle reliability and customer trust.

Operational Efficiency

  • Optimize dispatching to maximize technician productivity across customer repairs and internal vehicle preparation.

Quality & Cleanliness

  • Uphold daily housekeeping standards to foster team morale and maintain a clean, professional service environment.

Training & Development

  • Design and execute training programs for technicians, advisors, and support staff to ensure continuous skill growth.

Career Pathing

  • Create structured development plans for lube technicians, guiding advancement toward C, B, and A-level certifications.

Issue Resolution

  • Respond to customer concerns promptly and thoroughly, reinforcing satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

What We’re Looking For

Leadership Experience

  • Minimum two years managing a union shop for an import brand within a franchised automotive dealership.

Organizational Excellence

  • Strong ability to lead teams, manage operations, and maintain structure in a fast-paced environment.

Professional Presence

  • Consistently demonstrates a polished appearance and confident demeanor that sets the tone for the team.

Clear Communication

  • Exceptional written and verbal skills to lead effectively and foster strong customer relationships.

Customer Satisfaction Focus

  • Proven ability to drive and maintain high CSI scores through attentive service and team alignment.

Detail-Oriented Approach

  • Committed to accuracy and precision across all aspects of service operations.

Compliance & Accountability

  • Ensures timely and accurate submission of all required documentation and manufacturer approvals.

System Proficiency

  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds Ignite preferred.
