What You’ll Do
- Manage daily kitchen operations under the direction of the General Manager
- Schedule, assign, and direct kitchen staff responsibilities
- Oversee inventory and ordering to support budget and labor targets
- Build strong working relationships with team members and vendors
- Ensure smooth, efficient BOH operations and consistent standards
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years Kitchen Manager experience in full-service (casual dining preferred)
- Strong cost control and commitment to quality standards
- Proven leadership and ability to train and motivate teams
- Outstanding work ethic and pride in running a great kitchen
- Desire to be part of a winning team
