What You’ll Do


  • Manage daily kitchen operations under the direction of the General Manager
  • Schedule, assign, and direct kitchen staff responsibilities
  • Oversee inventory and ordering to support budget and labor targets
  • Build strong working relationships with team members and vendors
  • Ensure smooth, efficient BOH operations and consistent standards



What We’re Looking For


  • 2+ years Kitchen Manager experience in full-service (casual dining preferred)
  • Strong cost control and commitment to quality standards
  • Proven leadership and ability to train and motivate teams
  • Outstanding work ethic and pride in running a great kitchen
  • Desire to be part of a winning team
