The Role
We’re looking for a market leader — someone who can think like a Founder, ideate like CMO coach like a CRO, execute like a modern digital marketer and generate sales like a HUNTER!
If you thrive on building relationships, opening doors, and fueling growth for small and mid-sized businesses, this is your lane. You’ll partner directly with business owners to connect strategy to execution — from marketing systems and digital campaigns to sales leadership and team development.
This is a Market President–level role, designed for someone who wants to build and grow their own organization inside an established brand — with world-class fulfillment, systems, and leadership support already in place. You’ll operate like the CEO of your territory, without the operational drag or startup chaos.
We’re not title-centric — if you bring the experience and the fire, we’ll build the title around you. Whether it’s Market President or Local Growth Partner, what matters is your ability to lead, build, and help local businesses win.

This is a commission-only position with very rich splits, monthly accelerators, and annual lifestyle rewards. What You’ll Do
• Drive new client acquisition through outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Partner with local businesses, uncover their growth needs, and match them with our services.
• Build long-term relationships that create recurring revenue streams.
• Collaborate with our internal fulfillment team – you bring the clients, we deliver the results.
• Represent Your Local Strategy in the community as the go-to partner for SMB growth.
How You’ll Get Paid

• 25% of all setup/onboarding fees (cash up front for every deal)
• 20% of monthly recurring revenue (MRR) for as long as the client stays active
• Monthly Accelerator Bonuses:
- Hit $20K in new monthly revenue → $1,000 bonus
- Hit $30K → $2,000 bonus
- Hit $40K+ → $3,000 bonus
• Annual President’s Club Reward:
- Crush your yearly goal and choose: a $10,000 cash payout or an all-expenses-paid luxury trip with the team.
