Job Title: E-commerce Customer Service Manager & Corporate Sales Specialist

Job Summary:
Our client, an established e-commerce food company, is seeking an E-commerce Customer Service Manager & Corporate Sales Specialist to lead the day-to-day operations of their customer experience (CX) team while driving growth in the corporate gifting channel. This dual role requires leadership, initiative, and the ability to balance multiple priorities during both steady-state and peak holiday operations.

Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach the customer service team to deliver best-in-class support

  • Monitor email, chat, and phone interactions to ensure timely, empathetic resolutions

  • Manage escalations, chargebacks, fraud checks, FedEx claims, and customer recovery efforts

  • Maintain updated macros, templates, and SOPs for consistent service handling

  • Respond to inbound corporate inquiries and execute outbound sales initiatives

  • Oversee customization processes for corporate orders (greeting cards, packaging adjustments, etc.)

  • Build and manage targeted corporate lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadIQ & Hubspot

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and IT on product info, shipping policies, and outreach deliverability

  • Support website/product improvements, technology integrations, and seasonal workforce planning

  • Participate directly in order fulfillment during peak periods (holidays, November/December)

Schedule & Pay:

  • Base Salary: $50,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)

  • Bonuses available based on performance

  • Monday – Friday, standard 40+ hour weeks

  • Flexibility for extended hours, nights, and weekends during peak holiday operations

Here’s What Makes YOU a Great Fit:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

  • 3+ years of customer service management experience (e-commerce strongly preferred)

  • Prior B2B or corporate sales experience (food/perishable products a plus)

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

  • Proficiency with Shopify, Gorgias, ShipStation, Slack, and Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays during peak business cycles
