- A designer of upwards of 15 and more interior design/build projects experience, including kitchens, bathrooms, and entire apartments.

- Someone passionate about current and historic design trends and movements.

- A confident and clear communicator, via email, face to face and on the phone.

- Strong product and manufacturer knowledge. Understanding the pro's and con's of various materials and manufacturing techniques.

- A strong understanding of production and scheduling issues.

- AutoCad proficient.

- Must be a leader among their peers.
