Inside Sales Representative

Our client is a globally recognized leader in product quality and service, and is expanding their team of customer-obsessed players who will thrive on supporting sales operations and lead generation. In this role, you will work closely with the inside sales team, playing a crucial role in qualifying sales leads, improving process efficiencies, and supporting the team's success.
Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads and proactively conduct outreach to set up meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead records and track sales activities.
- Serve as a liaison between various departments, including Sales, Customer Service, Technical Support, Finance, and Operations.
- Generate sales and pipeline reports for leadership and support forecasting needs.
- Manage calendar coordination, data entry, and document management, including the preparation of presentations and sales kits.
- Identify and implement improvements to sales process efficiencies.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, operations, or administrative coordination role.
- Experience with lead qualification and pipeline development for a technical product or solution-based sales team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Salary: This position offers a compensation of $23 - $26 per hour. Additionally, you will be eligible for a monthly bonus based on goal attainment.
