We’re looking for a Branch Support Coordinator to bridge the gap between our Community Banking and Digital Banking teams who has a passion for developing others, sharing knowledge, and creating confident, customer-focused banking professionals. A successful candidate will be able to identify training needs, develop ongoing education efforts, and leverage our Direct Banking channels. POSITION SUMMARY:

The Branch Support Coordinator will coordinate support of the Community Banking team through identification of training needs, development of ongoing education efforts, and leverage of Direct Banking channels. This individual is responsible for upholding the service standard within Community Banking, providing an environment for employee growth, and supporting NSB market development efforts. The Branch Support Coordinator position requires the delivery of exceptional customer service, a solid understanding of the NSB products and services, expertise with digital channels, a strong understanding of applicable regulations, and comfort with the development and presentation of educational opportunities.

KEY ATTRIBUTES for this position include being: skilled in communicating in-depth material across an organization, thorough, motivated, creative, straightforward, empathetic, considerate, civil & respectful, and earnest in pursuing professional development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED:

  • College degree (Associates or above); or three to five years of experience in financial institution
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and develop relationships with customers
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Highly organized with proven ability to efficiently handle detail with accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • Dependable and self-motivated
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

PREFERRED:

  • Experience with Direct Banking duties
  • Online Banking customer support experience
  • Working knowledge of SilverLake Core Processing system
  • Experience with Q2 Online Banking
