JOB-16100 Customer Service Representative-Malta
This position may be able to go full-time remote. Currently looking for people with a 60-mile radius of Malta, NY
Customer Service Representative
- Make outbound calls to customers to provide assistance and support
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements:
- 1 year or more post-secondary education OR 2 years equivalent work experience
- 1 year or more of customer service preferred
- Recognition and problem resolution for mid-to-high level customer service issues
- Independent decision-making
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and professional phone demeanor
- Beginner to intermediate level experience with MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to learn internal, proprietary systems.
- Must be self-motivated, dependable, detail-oriented and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment.
- Analytical, with a sense of urgency and the capability to take individual initiative in role when.
- Must be able to work within the operational hours of 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Monday to Friday, Saturday from 8:00 am – 2:00 pm.
