A regional educational agency is seeking a Substitute Paraprofessional to provide instructional and behavioral assistance within classroom settings. The position supports students across various grade levels and learning needs. Completion of fingerprinting and background screening is mandatory.
Responsibilities:

• Work under educator supervision to reinforce lessons and provide individualized academic or behavioral support.

• Monitor students during instructional and transition periods, ensuring engagement and safety.

• Assist with classroom setup, materials preparation, and activity facilitation.

• Support students with diverse learning needs by following established plans and routines.

• Maintain records and confidentiality in accordance with district policies.
  Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education coursework preferred.

• Experience assisting in classroom or youth program settings preferred.

• Completion of required state fingerprinting and background check prior to start.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Patience, dependability, and ability to adapt to changing environments.
