In this entry-level role on our Delivery Stream (WBS 8), you’ll help orchestrate the procurement and delivery of valve commodities for domestic projects and the domestic restart initiative—learning from seasoned experts as you go.
What you’ll do
- Support the full procurement lifecycle: pre-PO planning, PO execution, delivery tracking, and turnover documentation.
- Maintain and improve tracking tools to ensure supplier data and material status align with technical and project requirements.
- Coordinate with valve suppliers and partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Project Management to drive on-time delivery.
- Help with schedule updates, risk identification, mitigation planning, and basic cost monitoring.
- Contribute to program execution models that align with Westinghouse’s global framework for the AP1000 Energy System portfolio.
- Assist with procurement decision-making: coordinate technical evaluations, sourcing steps, supplier strategies, and quality audits alongside GSCS and engineering teams.
- Participate as a project interface, observing delivery performance and cross-functional coordination within the Westinghouse scope of supply.
Where you’ll be
Hybrid work model based at our Global Headquarters in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania (Greater Pittsburgh Area). You’ll report to the Senior Manager, APX WBS 3&8 – Mechanical Modules and Valves.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (required).
- 0+ years of experience; strong fit for new grads.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) credential is beneficial.
- Curiosity, accountability, and a driver-style work approach.

Pay transparency
Base salary range: $65,700 to $73,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills.
