Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of insurance sales representatives, fostering a collaborative and high-achieving environment.
Drive sales initiatives and develop strategies to meet and exceed agency goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and guidance.
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to policy closing, ensuring a smooth client experience.
Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Represent the agency positively within the Murray community.
Requirements
Proven track record in insurance sales, with at least 3 years of experience.
Utah Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain immediately).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of insurance products and sales processes.
Demonstrated leadership potential or experience.
Customer-centric approach with a passion for helping others.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
