THE OPPORTUNITY:
Secured Investment Corp, a proud member of the Cogo Nation family of brands, is a nationwide private money lender and real estate investment firm improving communities one house and one investor at a time. We provide accredited investors with high-yield, real estate-backed investment opportunities through Trust Deeds and Residential Real Estate Investment Funds.

We’re looking for a Rock Star Investment Consultant to join our funding team—someone hungry, mission-driven, and relentless in raising capital and building powerful relationships with high-net-worth investors. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Proactively raise capital through direct investor engagement, including outbound calls, Zoom meetings, and in-person presentations.
- Work qualified investor leads provided by the company and generate your own through networking and referrals.
- Build lasting relationships with accredited and institutional investors who seek alternatives to the stock market.
- Educate investors on Trust Deed investments, Real Estate Funds, and other alternative investment products offered by Secured Investment Corp.
- Navigate investors through non-traditional investment strategies with transparency and confidence.
- Consistently hit and exceed KPI benchmarks, including call volumes, meetings, and capital raised.
- Ensure investor education and compliance with securities regulations (Reg D, Reg A+ offerings).
- Represent the company with integrity, accountability, and faith-based values.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Experience in Note investment sales, Knowledge or experience in private capital raising, understanding wealth management, or syndications.
- Deep understanding of alternative investments, private placements, and real estate-backed securities.
- A hunter’s mindset: driven, focused, and never afraid to pick up the phone.
- Strong communicator with the ability to educate and inspire confidence in investment opportunities.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture.
- A passion for building community and serving others, aligned with our faith-based values.
ITS GREAT IF YOU HAVE:
- Prior experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools
- TMO (The Mortgage Office) and AppFolio experience is a plus
