Guard Shack Clerk – $19/hr
Full-Time | 1st Shift | Aberdeen, MD

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Guard Shack Clerk to support a busy warehouse location in the Aberdeen area. This position plays a key role in tracking and documenting all inbound and outbound traffic primarily working with trucks and deliveries to ensure accurate records and smooth operations at the gate.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and log all incoming and outgoing vehicles, deliveries, and shipments
• Verify paperwork and driver credentials as needed
• Communicate with warehouse staff to coordinate arrivals and departures
• Maintain accurate records and follow warehouse security protocols
• Provide clear and professional communication with drivers and site personnel

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable working independently at the guard shack
• Previous experience in a warehouse, clerical, or security-related role is a plus
• Basic computer or logging skills to document vehicle activity
