At Court One Athletic Clubs, we’re looking for Customer Service Representatives who can operate at speed without losing attention to detail—and who are confident enough to engage, guide, and hold the line when needed.
This is not a passive front desk role. You are the gatekeeper of the club experience.
You’ll interact with members from all backgrounds, communicate clearly and professionally, and ensure every person in the building is checked in, accounted for, and following club policies. You are comfortable stopping someone mid-stride to verify membership, redirect behavior, or provide help.
The strongest CSRs are patient under pressure, sharp problem-solvers, and highly observant. They don’t wait for issues—they anticipate and address them.
Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)
- Manage large number of incoming calls
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of all club facilities, schedules and equipment to current and prospective members
- Identify and assess members' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with members through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the methods/tools provided
- Ability to address member concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage members and guests
- Maintaining locker rooms, lobby and other areas of the club
Requirements
- Strong phone / in-person communication with a diverse group of members
- An ability to adapt/respond to different personalities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 18+ years old
