Our company is currently seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Preparing Financial Statements for Multiple Clients.
- Bank Reconciliations, Monthly and Quarterly adjusting Journal Entries
- Ensure Timely tax reporting of Payroll tax and adjustments to Financials.
- Categorize and post monthly bank and credit card transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Accounting
- Proficient in QuickBooks- 2 years Experience
- Understanding of compiled Financial Statements
- Proficient in Google sheets or excel
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Thorough understanding of debits and credits
- Proficient in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Strong Communication Skills; able to communicate to clients and supervisor
- Able to work at Office . Las Vegas- Not a Remote Position
