Roseann Mabry from Robert Half is partnering with a Brentwood organization to fill a Director of Human Resource position on a direct hire basis. The full time onsite position for the Director of Human Resource will handle employee relations, employee engagement, review payroll for 120 employees, conduct staff trainings, administer benefits, and have operational oversight for a department. The Human Resource Director will travel between 3 locations in the St. Louis market. The HR Director should be degreed with 7 plus years experience in a HR Leadership role. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage employee relations initiatives to promote a supportive and inclusive work environment.

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

• Oversee payroll operations for a workforce of approximately 120 employees, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including compliance with reporting requirements such as Form 5500.

• Conduct staff training sessions to support development and organizational goals.

• Travel between three office locations to provide HR support and ensure consistent practices.

• Collaborate with C-suite executives to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.

• Monitor daily HR operations and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Develop and update policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices.

• Prepare and deliver presentations on HR-related topics for management and staff.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role within human resources.
• Proven expertise in employee engagement, relations, and compliance matters.
• Strong knowledge of payroll functions and benefits administration processes.
• Familiarity with EEO reporting and Form 5500 requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with employees and executives.
• Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations and training sessions.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and operational oversight capabilities.
