Position Summary:

The Branch Manager leads all aspects of operations for their assigned branch here at Patrol Solutions. This role is responsible for the day-to-day performance across operations including scheduling of employees, customer satisfaction, compliance and personnel management. The Branch Manager drives employee performance, ensures service quality and supports the businesses development while maintaining compliance with financial, contractual and legal requirements by the state. The Branch Manager will manage according to a budget by employing sound business, financial, and growth-oriented management principles.

Pay Information:

Salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum based on experience.

Shift Information:

Monday - Friday day shift, specific hours will be determined at the time of hire.

Primary Responsibilities:

Client Relations and Retention

  • Maintain an active, strong client relations program by making frequent, documented visits to clients to discuss issues (both positive and negative) or recommendations for improvement of services provided.
  • Respond to client issues promptly and work to increase satisfaction within the Patrol Solutions clientele. Including creating and providing decision support for action plans in order to retain current business.
  • Support sales efforts through upselling and client relationship building.

Operational Oversight

  • Ensure that the planned profitability of all services is realized by utilizing sound financial management principles and providing continual reviews and weekly reports concerning unbilled overtime, any staffing issues, any corrective actions required, job profitability, collections, issues encountered, and other items as requested.
  • Ensure field operations are compliant with Patrol Solutions company policies, contractual agreements, BSIS regulations and California labor law.
  • Oversee scheduling to ensure vacancies are filled, collaborating with the Scheduler and the Recruiting Team to prep information needed for creation of a listing.
  • Enforce quality assurance measures and lead continuous improvement initiatives including performance across multiple sites and areas. Including site checks across Southern California, ability to travel is required.

Team Leadership and Staff Management

  • Supervise, evaluate, and occasionally train a team of 50+ field employees in a multiple-site environment.
  • Maintain a positive team culture based on accountability, communication, and performance.
  • Implement employee retention strategies and manage conflict when necessary.
  • Request support from other Patrol Solutions leaders when necessary and collaborate with management.

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Conduct investigations and incident reviews when necessary
  • Work with branch administrative staff to ensure employees are in compliance with BSIS standards.
  • Provide accurate time entry for the purposes of payroll and customer invoicing within prescribed deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company, client information, and data.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years in a management Security role up to and including Branch Manager, Security Operations Manager or Director of Security.

Skilled in originating and working within a collaborative team environment that motivates employees to perform at their highest potential.

Minimum of at least 3 years of high-level budgeting

Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising 50 or more people in a multi-location environment with multiple customers and clients.

Prior law enforcement or military experience is highly desirable.

Prior fleet maintenance experience is highly desirable.

Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience with Paycom/TrackTik or other TLM systems is highly desirable.

Strong oral and written business communication skills with the ability to collaborate with persons of all gender orientation, background, or financial status.

Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Have a valid driver’s license in the state where employed and maintain a clean driving record.

Detail oriented and have the ability to multitask.

Ability to train and supervise others, including performing regular performance evaluation.

Able to pass a drug screen and background check.
