We’re currently hiring a Furnace Operator - 1st Shift to join our team!
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Location: Manchester, CT
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm
Pay: $20/hr
Duties:
- Operate and monitor industrial furnaces according to safety and production guidelines
- Load and unload materials into the furnace
- Maintain accurate temperature and timing logs
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Work closely with the production team to meet quality standards
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or heat-treatment setting preferred
- Ability to work independently and stay alert on overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
