We’re a growing company focused on light industrial, janitorial, and multi-family property services—including turns, renovations, and maintenance support. We’ve built our reputation by being consistent, responsive, and solutions-driven. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Sales Representative who’s ready to take ownership of their market and help us build strong, lasting client partnerships across OC and LA County.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect new clients in industries like property management, renovation, and light industrial
- Build relationships and close deals with key decision-makers
- Offer staffing solutions tailored to janitorial crews, renovation teams, and maintenance support
- Collaborate with our recruiting team to deliver great service and results
- Manage your pipeline and follow-ups using HubSpot or Similar CRM
- Hit weekly outreach and meeting goals while tracking progress
- Represent our brand with professionalism and confidence in every interaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable transportation to travel to and meet with clients throughout the region
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (recruiting or property services industries is a strong plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups, and face-to-face meetings
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and organized
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
