Responsibilities:
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Prepare and manage export documentation in compliance with international regulations.
• Handle logistics tasks, including scheduling shipments and tracking deliveries.
• Utilize SAP and Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate records and generate reports.
• Communicate with customers and vendors to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols during shipping operations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to optimize logistics processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams for efficient stock management.
• Review and verify shipping documentation for accuracy before submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of office-based experience in customer service or logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP systems.
• Familiarity with export and import documentation processes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities for interacting with clients and vendors.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving functions within the logistics industry.
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Experience handling export shipments and international logistics.
