We are currently on the lookout for Licensed Clinical Social Workers to deliver a combination of telehealth and in-person sessions in Williamsburg, Virginia.
This position offers a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians who can provide 30 or more hours of availability each week.

What We Seek
We are eager to hire independently licensed clinicians in Virginia who are passionate about making a positive impact and growing alongside us. We particularly welcome:
- Providers willing to conduct 25 or more sessions weekly
- Behavioral health generalists open to working with couples and children, with our support
- Clinicians who appreciate autonomy while also valuing teamwork
- Individuals interested in clinical leadership or supervisory positions
- Professionals with strong character—integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care are essential
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Virginia
- Must reside and be licensed in the state where services are provided
Compensation
Compensation can reach up to $103,600, depending on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
