As part of their ongoing expansion, they are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to assist with business licensing operations across their retail locations.
Role Overview:
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in the retail compliance lifecycle, helping ensure that business licenses are received, processed, and properly tracked. You will handle physical and electronic mail, scan documents into internal systems, input licensing data, and help manage outbound documentation to stores and municipalities.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive and open physical and digital mail from government jurisdictions.

Scan and upload documents to the internal licensing system.

Enter licensing and regulatory data with high accuracy.

Prepare and send out licenses to retail stores and checks to city/county/state agencies.

Conduct basic research on jurisdictional licensing requirements via official websites and record findings.

Maintain organized logs and ensure compliance with documentation procedures.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or follow up on incomplete data.
Qualifications:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Comfortable working onsite and handling physical paperwork and mail.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and with a team.

Experience with regulatory processes or business licensing is a plus.
