A home health agency in OFallon is looking for a contract RN to complete in-home patient visits across the local area. This is a full-time, 13-week position offering steady daytime hours and a manageable caseload of 46 points per day.

Assignment Overview:

• 13-week contract

• MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

• 46 points/day

• Local travel within OFallon and nearby communities

• Documentation: HomeCare HomeBase (formerly known as PointCare)

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois RN license

• Minimum of 1 year of recent home health experience

• Experience with OASIS and start-of-care

• Proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase preferred

• Reliable transportation required
