<h3>Job Description</h3>
A Massachusetts-based healthcare network is looking to fill an immediate need with the addition of a new, licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to their team.
About the Opportunity:
<ul>
<li>Schedule: Monday to Friday (flexible)</li>
<li>Hours: 8am to 5pm (flexible)</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide and direct resident/resident rehabilitation care</li>
<li>Evaluate residents/resident needs and establishes effective and efficient treatment plans for the resident/residents assigned</li>
<li>Manage and coordinate the supervision of treatment plans with all staff and other disciplines as indicated</li>
<li>Participate in the screening of all residents according to directed schedules and practices</li>
<li>Provide feedback to the designated supervisor on all clinical and rehabilitation issues</li>
<li>Perform necessary clinical documentation to meet center, state, federal, and accrediting agency requirements</li>
<li>Maintain complete, accurate and timely billing records to meet center, state, federal, and accrediting agency requirements</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy</li>
<li>Current, active Occupational Therapist (OT) license</li>
</ul>
Desired Skills:
<ul>
<li>Experience/knowledge in an Older Adult Rehabilitation setting</li>
<li>Knowledge in Governmental and Regulatory guidelines</li>
</ul>
