• Family Medicine Physician is CMO of Physician Network
• Physician Board instrumental in decision-making Single hospital system
• Guaranteed base for 2 years with potential for high Family Medicine income
• Strong hospitalist team and skilled sub-specialty physicians providing inpatient care

Position Details:

• 4 day work week available to encourage life balance
• Onsite laboratory, full service x-ray & diagnostic imaging with full-time radiology
• Teaching opportunity with medical students and residents from Indiana medical schools
