Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract position is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services in a school setting in Katy, TX. This role involves delivering speech and language therapy to students to support their communication development and educational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology Certification (CCC-SLP) required.
- Experience working as an SLP in school settings preferred.
- Strong understanding of speech and language disorders affecting school-age children.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
