Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a leading farmer-owned cooperative and a pioneer in organic food production industry are seeking to hire a 1st shift data entry specialist to join their team in greater La Crosse, WI area. this is a remote position.
Pay: $20-$23/hr BOE
Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm
Monday through Friday
Responsibilities:
- Process address and phone number updates for supplier and farmer records.
- Complete ship-to extensions and material extensions in SAP.
- Perform zip code validations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Validate direct deposit and ACH information against required documentation.
- Review and process simple supplier setups following standard guidelines.
- Record and update work instructions to document processes.
- Audit and organize farmer quit notices from the past 1.5 years.
- Support general Master Data quality initiatives and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and processes.
- Basic computer skills; experience with SAP or data systems a plus.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
