Physical Therapist
Position: Full-Time Location: Gig Harbor, WA Salary: $110,000 – $125,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Role Overview
As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient orthopedic clinic, you will help patients rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence after injury or surgery. Your work directly supports recovery timelines and functional independence.
Responsibilities

<li>Perform initial evaluations and ongoing reassessments</li>
<li>Design treatment programs based on diagnosis and goals</li>
<li>Provide manual therapy and movement-based interventions</li>
<li>Maintain accurate clinical documentation</li>
<li>Communicate progress with referring providers</li>
<li>Support patients through safe return-to-activity plans</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>DPT from an accredited program</li>
<li>Current Washington PT license</li>
<li>Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred</li>
<li>Ability to manage a consistent daily caseload</li>
</ul>
