Role: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Hybrid (Princeton, NJ)
Shift: Mon/Fri WFH, Tue–Thurs onsite
Duration: 12-month contract
Experience: 2–3+ years in customer service, order management, or technical/retail support
Key Skills:
EDI (GHX, GFax preferred)
Systems: SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, MS Teams, Zoom
Strong communication (written & verbal)
Troubleshooting & problem-solving
Duties:
Manage orders, returns, recalls, service agreements
Liaise with supply chain, IT, and quality teams
Run reports (BI, Oracle, Salesforce)
Handle escalations, train/mentor BPO reps
