What You’ll Do
- Oversee kitchen operations and support the Executive Chef
- Lead a talented culinary team in executing high-quality, scratch-made dishes
- Manage scheduling, training, and day-to-day kitchen flow
- Maintain top-tier standards for food safety, cleanliness, and presentation
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
️ What We’re Looking For
- High-volume, upscale, full-service experience required
- Italian cuisine background is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for consistency, creativity, and guest satisfaction
