Job DescriptionSalary:

Bonneville Builders has been in business since 1998 as a general contractor focused on the Salt Lake City and St. George markets. During that time, we have specialized in hospitality, multi-unit, industrial, office, retail, healthcare, and tenant improvements.Wevebeen recognized as one of Utahs fastest-growing companies three years in a row,with an average growth of 30%, andwere on track for at least 25% growth in 2026.

With this expansion,werelooking for a Project Manager tooversee and manage allconstruction project phases,includingtheproject team, subcontractors, materials, and equipment. Ultimately ensuring that specifications are beingfollowedand work isproceedingwith quality, on schedule,and within budget.

Whatyoulldo:


Project Management and Leadership:

  • Oversee multiple construction projects frominceptionto completion.
  • Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control measures, and industry best practices.


Client and Stakeholder Relations:

  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Effectively communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project scope,objectives, and deliverables.


Financial Management:

  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, andmonitorfinancial performance.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential financial risks.
  • Process payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Prepare and analyze project financial reports.


What you need to succeed:


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Managementor related field
  • 5+ years of experienceoncommercial projects, specifically multi-level, multi-family structures.


PeopleandProjectManagement:

  • Experience managing and leading teams
  • Ability to read andcomprehendcomplex documents
  • Proactive prioritization and multitasking skills


Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiencyin construction scheduling and cost control
  • Knowledge of LEED principles
  • Familiarity with construction equipment, tools, and maintenance
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project,BlueBeam, CAD software andProCore


Project Management:

  • Ability to read andcomprehendcomplex documents
  • Proactive prioritization and multitasking skills
  • HUD project experience (preferred)
