With this expansion,werelooking for a Project Manager tooversee and manage allconstruction project phases,includingtheproject team, subcontractors, materials, and equipment. Ultimately ensuring that specifications are beingfollowedand work isproceedingwith quality, on schedule,and within budget.
Whatyoulldo:
Project Management and Leadership:
- Oversee multiple construction projects frominceptionto completion.
- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control measures, and industry best practices.
Client and Stakeholder Relations:
- Build andmaintainstrong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope,objectives, and deliverables.
Financial Management:
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, andmonitorfinancial performance.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential financial risks.
- Process payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and analyze project financial reports.
What you need to succeed:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Managementor related field
- 5+ years of experienceoncommercial projects, specifically multi-level, multi-family structures.
PeopleandProjectManagement:
- Experience managing and leading teams
- Ability to read andcomprehendcomplex documents
- Proactive prioritization and multitasking skills
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences
Technical Skills:
- Proficiencyin construction scheduling and cost control
- Knowledge of LEED principles
- Familiarity with construction equipment, tools, and maintenance
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project,BlueBeam, CAD software andProCore
Project Management:
- Ability to read andcomprehendcomplex documents
- Proactive prioritization and multitasking skills
- HUD project experience (preferred)
